• We are currently working on plans to enhance the youth drama opportunities in our community. We have community members now offering their facilities for us to host such classes.
• A survey is planned to seek interest areas not being provided with in the community. This will help us decide what classes may be chosen to offer the patrons.
• The Midland Railroad has offered us the opportunity to work with them on their Halloween train. The Midland draws from a 100-mile radius to provide the experience of riding the rails of days gone by. We will provide the excitement for all ages of our community and surrounding areas.
• We are in the planning stages to create living dioramas at appropriate locations along the railroads to represent life as it was during the settlement of Kansas during the 1800's. This will provide a living example of what pioneers experienced during the exploration and settlement stages in Kansas.
• Baldwin City is on the Sante Fe Trail and was in the midst of a controversy over slavery resulting in civil and border wars. We are looking at reenactment of such historical activities, which took place in our vicinity. It is planned to transport the audience from site to site on trams allowing them to see history brought to life by costumed actors and allow them to taste the cuisine of the era.

Both the railroad dioramas and the Civil War/Sante Fe Trail productions will allow for expanded activities. It will include more people in the planning with research, writing, construction and re-enactment.

To further encourage family participation in C.L.E.A.R. sponsored activities, we are planning to provide child-care for families, regardless of income, to participate in the production knowing that their younger children are being cared for properly.

Purpose: The foundations' purpose shall include, without limitations, staging theatrical performances, providing theatrical and fine art education and hosting community gatherings and festivals that showcase local talent and promotes active participation by all family members within the Community.

The board, selected by the membership, will provide governance and oversight of the entire operation. The Executive Director is the Chief operating officer and is charged with the daily operations of the Foundation. Further the Executive is in charge with executing the plans approved by the board. The current Executive Director is the person responsible for implementation of this organization into the community in 1991.
